Grounded in documentary production and editing, I’ve learned that storytelling truth refuses to arrive predictably and that the story form is discovered over time, shaped by many hands and, in the most fortunate circumstances, a few wise hearts. Every project I’ve been lucky enough to help shape begins with a desire to push against the edges of form, predictability, and comfort in search of something new, or at least newly seen.

Over the years, wearing the overlapping hats of producer, writer, and editor, I’ve developed a 360-degree perspective of what it takes to bring a story to life. Everything from building, the alliances and resources that make ambitious storytelling possible, to wrestling the deadlines of writing, to the trench work of production and post. What I bring to every partnership is a simple but hard-won ethic: grit, tenacity, and a steady commitment to realizing a vision all the way through to delivery.
